Precision-built architecture
Our steel-frame homes are built indoors, with quality checks at every stage and protection from the weather. The modules arrive on site almost complete and are craned onto the foundations.
Each home has an approved project, building permit and occupancy documentation. It can be registered as real estate and mortgaged, and carries the same ten-year structural warranty as a traditionally built home.
