FMG Modular designs, manufactures and delivers industrialised modular homes with a steel structure. We work turnkey: the project, the permit, the manufacturing, the assembly and the handover are all handled by one team, so you never have to coordinate half a dozen trades.
Every house is built at our plant in Murcia and leaves the factory practically finished. The modules travel by road and are set on the foundations by crane in a single day.
All our homes meet the Spanish Building Code, reach an A energy rating and can be built to the Passivhaus standard. They are registered with the Land Registry, qualify for a mortgage and carry the same ten-year structural warranty as any traditional build.
The price is closed during the project phase and does not move. Payment is made against construction certificates: as we build, you watch your home progress until the keys are handed over with the certificate of occupancy.
