How we build
your home

Once the project is commissioned, our team coordinates the entire process. These are the six stages, starting with your first enquiry.

Six stages

From the first feasibility study of your plot to handing over the keys and all the documentation.

  1. 01

    Initial estimate

    We assess the planning feasibility of your plot, or advise you if you are still looking for one.

  2. 02

    Preliminary design

    Our architects develop a personalised preliminary design with floor plans. The estimated timeframe is 15 to 45 working days.

  3. 03

    Detailed project

    Our architects develop the basic project, which is submitted to the local council to apply for a building permit.

  4. 04

    Manufacture

    Manufacture of the modules begins. It takes two to three months, depending on the floor area of the home.

  5. 05

    Installation

    Heavy-duty cranes place the modules on the foundations. They are installed on the plot in a single day.

  6. 06

    Welcome to your FMG Modular home

    We hand over the keys along with all the documentation for your home.
